What You Should (and Should Not) Consider When Battling With Men’s Hair Loss
Lots of men lose their hair as they get older. Some don’t have to deal with this until they are much older. Some see early onset thinning. Others tend to start noticing the thinning of their hair as they get into their mid to late thirties. It is important that you understand, if you are dealing with men’s hair loss, that you are not alone.
Lots of men are going through exactly what you are going through. It is such a common issue that lots of different methods of “taking it on” have been invented or discovered. Here are some ways that you can take on and deal with men’s hair loss.
Anybody who has ever stayed up late to watch television has seen the infomercial for the spray on hair. It comes in what looks like a spray paint can. You spray it on the back of your head (it looks like spray paint when it goes on) and then, within minutes, you are supposed to have a head full of thick and natural hair. We have serious doubts about the workings of this stuff. What happens when you take your next shower? How does it stay on your head? We highly recommend not using this stuff as it just looks too suspect. The simplest way to deal with or cover up the loss of your hair is to wear a hat. This is usually the first thing that men do when they notice that their hairlines are starting to recede. If this is going to be your first course of action make sure you find a good hat. You want something that you can wear in lots of different places. You might even purchase a few different styles just to keep yourself covered (sorry for the pun). Make sure that the hat is made of light enough material that your head can breathe. Not even sweaty feet smell as bad as a head that has been locked under a non-breathing hat all day!
How stressed out are you? Does it surprise you to learn that your stress level can play a significant role in the rate of your hair loss? When you hear that your response is probably “but that stresses me out more!” Get over it. In fact, try to get over all of your stress. The more relaxed you are, the less hair you will lose. One of the first questions you will be asked when you ask your doctor about your hair loss is “what is your stress level?” Try to be as relaxed as possible! Men’s hair loss is something that affects a lot of men at some point or another in their lifetimes. Some men are doomed to live entirely bald lives once they reach certain ages. Others will choose to go bald early on so they won’t have to deal with the thinning. Whatever you choose just remember that you are not alone. All men worry about the hair they have and the hair that they might lose. This information was brought to you by http://www.fireplacescreenswithdoors.org, your source for all things related on fireplace screens with doors.
